Nothing to see here
I have nothing serious to talk about, but I have a few random things I can say at this time.
Last week I was on the GO Train to Toronto to visit my friend for his birthday. I was reading Dose, the free daily news magazine, and I came across a couple of news items I found worth commenting on.
Apparently, the Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi was recently speaking about the Euro, and how it has had a negative effect on the European economy. He was quoted saying the Euro is “a ripoff” that “screwed everybody”. I found this to be quite funny. I thought Prime Ministers would be professional when talking about currency, but this guy was rather harsh.
Also, apparently the grey nurse shark fetuses eat each other in the womb. This is very disturbing.
I went camping a couple of times, attended several parties and I got a new car. Oh yes… the car. I picked up a 1989 Ford Taurus really cheap. It needed and still needs some work, but it will be on the road soon enough. I’ll save that for another entry…
