My New Favourite Website of the Week
My new favourite website of the week is sleeveface.com. The creators describe it as:
“one or more persons obscuring or augmenting any part of their body or bodies with record sleeve(s) causing an illusion”
Basically, people take pictures of themselves or others, while holding up a record sleeve to cover up part of the image, creating a neat effect like this.
It’s a pretty simple idea, but I’m impressed at the quality of a lot of them. Some are very clever, some are straightforward and some are just plain weird.
There’s a lot of neat angles and perspectives used in some of the photos, which creates some pretty cool effects.
It’s a cool, creative idea, and it’s well executed. I suggest you check it out.
